A RecBaba link is unlisted and unguessable. Without a kit it still looks like RecBaba. For a customer or a course, that is the wrong first impression. Brand Kit is a studio on Max: Identity, Theme, Content, and End screen, plus a live desktop and mobile preview. The URL stays recbaba.com/share. The page wears your lockup.
Three kits, one default. Quick Share uses the default on Max. Advanced Share can pick a kit.
What you actually edit
- Identity: logo, display name, tagline, optional logo link, optional hide RecBaba chrome.
- Theme: accent and layout. Fonts are system stacks — no Google Fonts on the public page.
- Content: kicker, headline, lead, named socials (one each), repeatable websites.
- End screen: a CTA when playback finishes, not burned into the file.
How it changes the share
The viewer still gets a private link. Search engines are asked not to index it. What changes is the chrome around the video: your mark, your color, a next step instead of a blank end frame. RecBaba does not store contact-form leads from that page. Links are outbound only.
Quick Share does not send a kit id. On Max the public page still resolves the account default. Advanced Share is where you pick a different kit or hide a section for one link. If you drop off Max, the kit stops applying and the rows remain so an upgrade restores them. Sending brandKitId without Max is rejected — it is not silently ignored.
Create the link first. The kit is how that page looks, not a second upload.
