# RecBaba Share Links — Password, Expiry, Revoke

> Share a RecBaba screen recording with a private link you send to someone. Optional password and expiry, instant revoke. Search engines stay out.

Export MP4 stays on your computer and never needs an account. Clicking Share is the first action that uploads. If you are not signed in, Share asks you to log in or create an account first.

- Unlisted (default): anyone you send the link to can watch. Search engines are asked not to list it.
- Password: same private link plus a password you set (Pro).
- Expiration: optional date after which the link stops working. Hosted share links are on Pro and Max.
- Revoke: immediate.
- Download: you choose whether viewers can save the file (Pro).
- Viewer analytics: Pro shows who opened the link. Max adds a 30-day views trend.
- AI on the share page: transcript after Share on Pro+. Summary and chapters are on Pro and Max. Both draw from a monthly AI-minutes allowance (100 on Pro, 400 on Max). Transcript uses the recording length in minutes; summary and chapters each use 2 minutes.
- Brand kit: Max only. Share-page studio — named kits, theme, bio/links/socials/services, and an end-screen CTA. New shares follow the default kit unless you pick another. Exported files stay unwatermarked.

Recording and editing never create a link on their own. There is no public directory of shared recordings.
