# RecBaba for Google Drive — Limited Permission

> Send a finished RecBaba recording to Google Drive with permission only for files this app creates — never broad access to existing Drive files.

Drive is a destination, not the recorder. The file is uploaded from the browser straight to Google. RecBaba never receives a copy. An encrypted refresh token is stored so a short-lived access token can be minted in the browser when you save. Signing in to RecBaba does not grant Drive access.

- Allowed: create a file for a recording you explicitly send.
- Not requested: read or list the rest of your Drive.
- Default: disconnected. Recording never waits on Drive.

Disconnect from Settings. Existing Drive files stay yours.
